Ownership & Rights
- You confirm that you own the image or have the necessary permissions to use it.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the image solely for creating your personalised product.
Content Restrictions
- The image must not contain any copyrighted, offensive, or inappropriate material.
- We reserve the right to reject any image that does not meet our guidelines.
Image Quality
- Ensure that the uploaded image is high resolution to avoid poor print quality.
- Image will be printed on a 6"x4" (152mm x 101mm) Label
- We are not responsible for image distortion if the uploaded file is of low quality.
No Refunds for Personalised Products
- Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Please review your image and order details carefully before submitting.
Data Privacy
- Uploaded images will only be used for order fulfilment and will not be shared or stored beyond what is necessary.
